We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wells Enterprises. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned work orders and tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to business needs calls and provide prompt assistance
  • Document daily work in EAM, RCA, and daily logs
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with internal support groups to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in an ice cream plant environment
  • Base knowledge of maintenance principles and practices
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
