Lead HVAC Installer Job Description

As a Lead HVAC Installer at Allstar Heating and Air Conditioning, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of new HVAC units and materials according to specifications and established safety guidelines. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may involve completing an apprenticeship and/or formal training in the area of specialty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the work of others in the installation process.
  • Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement efficient installation processes to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Foreman to schedule daily tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Communicate with customers and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • EPA Certification is a plus.
  • NATE Certification is requested.
  • Continued education and professional development are expected.
  • Familiarity with a variety of HVAC concepts, practices, and procedures.
