HVAC Technician Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Apprentice to join our team at Allstar Heating and Air Conditioning.

• Install new HVAC equipment and materials according to specifications and established safety guidelines.
• Assist in organizing and implementing jobs.
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining clean job sites, warehouse, and vehicles on a regular basis.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge and adherence to safety standards.
• Perform basic sheet metal fabrication as needed.
• Evaluate job needs and facilitate completion of current jobs and initiation of new jobs.
• Accurately complete job files and timesheets.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Valid driver's license required.
