About the Role:

As a Parking Attendant at LAZ Parking California, LLC, you will play a vital role in our success. You will be the first and last point of contact for our clients, so a warm and professional demeanor is essential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Directing traffic with a friendly attitude
  • Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure
  • Developing rapport with customers and attending to their needs
  • Assisting with luggage and valet services
  • Parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean record
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Prior parking or hospitality experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Some locations may require COVID-19 vaccination
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Physical agility for bending, stooping, and lifting
