  • Design and plan manufacturing tools aimed at refining production workflows.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of production-related information.
  • Evaluate assembly, fabrication, machining, and other operational processes.
  • Enhance efficiency through workflow optimization and improved assembly techniques.
  • Identify necessary parts, equipment, tools, and processes to meet manufacturing objectives aligned with product specifications.
  • Propose innovative methods to enhance manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness by assessing space limitations, material needs, and current operational requirements.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance in the design, fabrication, modification, and assessment of manufacturing processes for both new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to create, install, modify, and repair manufacturing equipment.
  • Offer solutions to management regarding manufacturing challenges.
  • Conduct time and cost analyses of various processes.
  • Create and produce manufacturing drawings for process improvement initiatives utilizing AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Act as the project manager for process improvement projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Continuously enhance your professional skills by engaging in training, conferences, and other development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is necessary; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering may substitute for experience.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks is highly preferred.
  • Prior project management experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are crucial.
  • Experience in collaborating across multiple departments is required.
