Job Title: Maintenance Reliability Engineer

Sparrow Inc is seeking a skilled Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join our team at our Festus Plant. As a key member of our Maintenance and Operations Department, you will be responsible for developing and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activity programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the plant Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Department to develop and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance plans for equipment.
  • Conduct inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and part replacement activities based on manufacturer recommendations and other criteria.
  • Analyze equipment maintenance history to evaluate the effectiveness of preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for ongoing improvement in equipment and administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in heavy industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Ability to work overtime, on-call, and off-shifts as required.
Physical Requirements:

The physical environment is in the plant, which can be dusty, noisy, and potentially hazardous. You must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and have the ability to lift heavy objects and move through close areas.
