Job Description

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. provides community and home-based services to individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities.

We partner with family members and existing providers to create individualized goals and improve life experiences for our clients.

The successful candidate will work as a dedicated, caring, and reliable Direct Support Professional to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve daily living and social skills.
  • Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence within the community and/or productivity and participation in community life.
  • Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others.
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
  • Valid Driver's License and existing insurance.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to allow more opportunity for individual assignments.
