Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pumper to join our team at LANXESS Americas. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading bulk materials to achieve maximum productivity
  • Completing relevant paperwork, conducting inspections, and maintaining records using SAP
  • Implementing safe work practices, including permit procedures and personal protective equipment
  • Reporting unsafe acts or conditions promptly
  • Assisting and training other team members as needed
  • Participating in implementing team decisions and initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Three to five years of experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow procedures and phases of operations
  • Experience working with SAP, DCS, and Microsoft Excel
