Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Community-Engaged Research Initiatives
- Design and deliver training programs for faculty, staff, and students on community-engaged research methods and practices.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support community-engaged research.
- Provide Research Support and Guidance
- Offer expertise and support in designing, implementing, and evaluating community-engaged research projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to faculty and students involved in community-engaged research.
- Build Partnerships and Collaborations
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to advance community-engaged research initiatives.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support community-engaged research projects.
- Evaluate and Improve Community-Engaged Research Initiatives
- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess the impact of community-engaged research initiatives.
- Provide recommendations for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Education
- Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as social sciences, public health, education, or a related discipline.
- Experience
- Proven experience in community-engaged research, training, and development.
- Experience in curriculum development and training at the university level.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships with community stakeholders.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $85,000-$100,000. The selected candidate will join a dynamic team and work in a fast-paced environment.
