Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Service Agent to join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation. As a key member of our ground support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flight Line Operations: Safely and accurately conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ground Support Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, vans, tugs, and cars, to ensure the safe and efficient movement of aircraft.
  • Aircraft Fueling: Safely and efficiently perform various functions, such as fueling, de-icing, and lavatory services, from elevated heights.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our aircraft and the satisfaction of our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Age: Minimum of 18 years of age required.
  • Driver's License: Valid state driver's license required; commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required in some locations.
  • Background Checks: Ability to pass background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle checks, and maintain issuance of an airport security badge.
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, stretching, pinching, pushing, pulling, bending, crawling, climbing, and twisting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Three to six months experience in aviation, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Training: Ability to successfully complete Signature's training programs.
