Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, repair, and replace electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems as needed, adhering to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to explain services and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Valid and up-to-date Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC licenses in the state(s) of operation.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, ideally within the electrical, plumbing, or HVAC industries.
  • Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites within the designated service area.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment, working in various environments.
