Job Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Specialist to join our team at a school located near Brentwood, CA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavioral support to students in a special education classroom setting
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive student outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective student support
  • Manage crisis situations and provide de-escalation techniques
  • Document student progress and report to parents and teachers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • RBT certification required
  • Experience working in special education classrooms preferred
  • Excellent classroom management skills and crisis management techniques
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
