Position Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Operations Specialist to enhance our logistics and inventory management processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible through efficient merchandise handling. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for the precise and safe receipt of goods, as well as the loading, unloading, and organization of products within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the receipt and processing of incoming merchandise.
- Ensure accurate sorting and organization of products to facilitate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a safe and orderly warehouse environment while adhering to operational protocols.

Work Schedule:
This full-time role requires flexibility to work during our operational hours, which may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and share successes.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with team members regularly.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry various weights, with a focus on safety and proper techniques.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and willing to obtain forklift certification.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.25 to $19.00, along with a supportive work environment and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and various insurance options.
