North 40 Outfitters is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Specialist to contribute to our mission. In this role, you will be essential in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring the efficient and safe handling of merchandise. Your primary responsibilities will include the precise and timely receipt of goods, as well as the loading, unloading, and organization of products within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive and process incoming merchandise.
  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
  • Organize the warehouse to facilitate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Work Schedule:
This full-time position requires flexibility to work various shifts during business hours, including weekdays and potentially weekends or holidays based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Dependable work ethic with a commitment to performance standards.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.25 to $19.00, along with a supportive work environment and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Additionally, employees enjoy a generous discount on all products sold at North 40 Outfitters.
