Bev-Hub is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead all maintenance procedures and operations within our facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery is in good working condition through proper preventative maintenance practices and critical response times.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize Labor Efficiency: Analyze and improve maintenance work processes to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs, and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and guidance to new employees on maintenance work processes and procedures.
- Manage Budgets and Resources: Create and adhere to maintenance budgets, and manage vendor relationships and material ordering.
- Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Direct workers engaged in installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment, and coordinate activities with outside contractors.
- Review and Improve Performance: Evaluate employee performance, including quantity and quality of work, time and attendance issues, and safety and other performance-related information.
- 5+ Years of Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in maintenance, with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and PLC/PC devices.
- Leadership and Supervisory Experience: Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work.
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics or Related Field: A degree in a related field, such as Industrial Maintenance Mechanics or Industrial Systems Technology.
- Previous Experience in a Similar Role: Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
