About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team at North East Kingdom Community Action. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative IT support agency-wide, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Microsoft O365 platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director of Finance to manage the O365 system, including setting up new accounts, terminating accounts, and assigning licenses.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to employees on Microsoft 365 platforms, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other M365 apps.
  • Use critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve end-user incidents, restoring services and providing solutions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BA in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-4 years preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 products and demonstrated experience in administration.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to the challenges faced by low-income individuals seeking economic self-sufficiency.
  • Demonstrated competency in NEKCA's Core Values.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $60,500.
