Pizza Maker Job Description

At Sal's Pizza, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our team. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become familiar with our menu and expertly answer customers' questions.
  • Complete all tasks, including food prep, dough stretching, topping preparation, pizza making, taking and preparing customer orders, folding pizza boxes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Advise and accommodate customers with specific food allergies.
  • Maintain and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Adhere to personal conduct standards, including uniforms, grooming, and punctuality.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership and organization skills.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
