Job Description
This role involves providing top-notch dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. As a Dialysis Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for developing personalized care plans and delivering treatment to patients in need.

Responsibilities include:
• Participating in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations
• Coordinating patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of hemodialysis patients
• Delegating appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff
• Performing ongoing analysis of patient data and documenting in the patient medical record
• Adjusting or modifying treatment plans as needed and notifying supervisors as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state where employed
• Successful completion of CPR BLS Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassion, caring, support for colleagues, collaborative, and reliable qualities
