Job Description:

Arbor Wellness LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a night shift position. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with daily client vital signs and assessments
* Administer medications and treatments as per provider protocol
* Assist RNs and DON with patient admissions and discharges
* Record client observations and report to the medical team as needed
* Interact with clients to encourage engagement in treatment
* Maintain a safe and sanitary environment
* Attend staff training and meetings as required
* Communicate with the pharmacy as needed
* Complete patient nursing admissions, including intake surveys, blood draws, TB testing, and Genesight swabbing

Qualifications:

* Current licensure in TN as an LPN
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions
* Ability to work with chemically dependent and psychiatric patients in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner
* Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with staff and referral sources
