Key Responsibilities
  • Production Execution: Execute daily production schedules to meet customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate production of products.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery safely and securely as needed to achieve a high standard of performance.
  • Quality Control: Properly handle ingredients used in production, including staging, measuring, and mixing, to maintain processing standards.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards, including production records and quality control documentation.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Adhere to all cleaning procedures in production areas, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities, to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Participate in investigating issues, finding root causes, and developing solutions for issues that arise in the production area.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Effectively communicate with peers and leadership, and work cross-functionally to convey equipment issues and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 1+ years of production experience in food manufacturing desired.
  • Machine Operator Experience: Machine operator experience desired, with basic HMI experience preferred.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and handle frequent change.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership, and work cross-functionally to convey equipment issues and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and multitask, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
Working Conditions

This is a 10-hour day, 4-day week position, working 2nd shift (4pm-2:30a). The hourly wage is $19-21.
