- Participate in patient-focused care teams to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain and adapt to daily operations, interpret and execute provided instructions, and work reliably with professionalism in a medical office environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, visitors, and healthcare representatives to achieve healthcare goals
- React calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or a school accepted for candidacy status from an accrediting body
- Current license to practice practical nursing in the State of Ohio
- Additional related previous experience may be required for various practices
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and EMR
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
- Maintains HIPAA confidentiality
- Ability to travel between locations as needed within the medical group
- Ability to obtain BLS within Summa Health
- Must pass yearly clinical skill competencies
- Required ability to handle bodily fluids and possible exposure to communicable disease
- Exerts 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force continuously to move objects
- Ability to bend, stand, and walk for extended time
$22.39/hr - $26.87/hr
The salary range on this job posting is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials
