- Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
- Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
- Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying potential issues.
- Unpack inventory boxes as required, weighing up to 30 pounds.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and nutrition.
- Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
- Ability to work with large teams and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to multi-task.
- Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
