Teaching Opportunity at College of DuPage

We are seeking adjunct faculty members to teach culinary courses in a multicultural environment. As a culinary instructor, you will be responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings. Our courses are designed for personal growth and development, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach culinary courses to adults in a variety of formats, including face-to-face, online, and hybrid delivery modes.
  • Develop and implement course materials, including lesson plans and assessments.
  • Evaluate student learning and provide feedback.
  • Meet with students and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience teaching to adults or two years' culinary experience.
  • Serve Safe certification required.
  • Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching preferred.
