Job Title: Mechanical HVAC Engineer III

Job Summary

The Mechanical HVAC Engineer III is a key member of our team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical products and systems. This role requires strong engineering skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze technical specifications, manuals, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects and consultants to design and coordinate mechanical systems.
  • Assist senior engineers with project management tasks and provide technical support as needed.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and research technical information to support design systems.
  • Support planning and execution efforts for technical investigations, analyses, and testing.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system narratives and load calculations.


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and HVAC design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools.
