Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chanhassen, MN. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, outside sales force, and internal personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Answer multiple phone lines and address customer inquiries regarding products
  • Learn about company products and pricing to effectively communicate with customers
  • Navigate our CRM system to look up customer inquiries, including purchasing history, account management, and payment records
  • Direct incoming calls to the appropriate Corporate or field team member
  • Filing, folding, and mailing of invoices
  • Verification of orders and shipments
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Act as front desk receptionist within a rotating team schedule
  • Weekly assistance in the Shipping Department
  • Work collaboratively with direct team and other departments
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
  • Minimum of six months of successful prior experience in Customer Service or a related position
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to recall information and apply basic math skills
  • Team player attitude
