Job Title: Internet Sales Associate

Hennessey Mazda Buick GMC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join our team. As an Internet Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming internet inquiries and phone leads to provide timely and personalized responses to customers.
  • Greet and qualify customers by understanding their requirements and interests to ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • Utilize dealership sales controls and follow-up systems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to customers, and describe optional equipment for purchase to increase sales.
  • Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Observe all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance at all times.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work every Saturday.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
  • Must submit to a background and drug screen.
Working Environment & Physical Demands:

Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors, and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
