Hustle and Heart Sports Performance is a dynamic sports performance training facility seeking an experienced Fitness Coach to join our team. Located in O'Fallon, Missouri, we offer personalized workout experiences for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Salary: $35/hour - DOE, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

  • As a Fitness Coach at Hustle and Heart Sports Performance, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customized fitness programs for clients of all ages and abilities.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their fitness goals and develop tailored plans to help them achieve success.
  • Collaboration is key - you will also participate in team training sessions and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills by shadowing more senior trainers and pursuing ongoing education and certification.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in sports performance training or a related field, with relevant certifications such as CSCS, CPT, or PES.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A proven track record of creating engaging and effective fitness programs, with a focus on client results and satisfaction.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
