SUMMARY

ASM Global, a leader in the management of public assembly venues, is currently seeking a dedicated Catering Runner / Suite Attendant / Server. This role is essential in ensuring the organization and cleanliness of event suites while providing exceptional service to guests, in line with ASM's Universal Service Standards and relevant Operational Standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to the organization's policies and applicable laws while executing responsibilities.
  • Deliver food to tables, seats, or suites promptly after preparation by the kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Ensure that coolers and storage areas are kept clean and well-stocked.
  • Inform the Manager when supplies such as lemons, creamers, and coffee are running low.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The qualifications listed below represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least one year of experience as a banquet server or banquet captain.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must possess a TABC and Food Handlers Certificate.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to carry a service tray with up to eight full plates.
  • Position requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work late hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
