About the Role

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Inventory Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing inventory data and processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
  • Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
  • Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
  • Proficiency in business software such as Excel, including sum functions, hash marks, and applying filters.
  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
