Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Water Safety Coach to join our team of instructors. As a Water Safety Coach, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum and ensuring the safety of our students in the pool area.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with children. They must also be at least 15 years old by date of hire and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

In this role, you will:

• Teach swim lessons to students of various skill levels using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents
• Interact with parents/guardians regarding their child's swim progress
