Job Overview

ATD Technology, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Intune Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for handling Intune infrastructure and day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support users in enrolling devices via the Company Portal
  • Knowledge of Apple DEP automated enrollment
  • MDM: End-to-end knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Centre Console
  • Working knowledge/deployment of AirWatch ACC, MAG, and other integration components
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Security features covered under Modern Workplace offering
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management
  • Providing pre-sales technical/architectural support and driving successful user adoption
  • Maintaining and updating security hardening parameters for installed On-Prem or Customer cloud tenants
  • Enforcing MAM policies and procedures in the Intune environment
  • Providing a platform for mobile device environment, including coordination with third parties and other teams within the client ecosystem
  • Distributing software and apps over-the-air on all platforms and OS
  • Enabling employee self-activation of corporate and BYODs
  • Providing services for real-time cost management (License Harvesting) and policy enforcement
  • Optimizing mobile carrier plans according to use requirements, user profile studies, and standards and policies
  • Providing device alerts and warnings for overages and roaming (if telecom policies are enforced)
  • Providing authorized employees secure access to approved third-party and private applications
  • Responding to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely manner
  • Prioritizing and executing in a time-sensitive environment
  • Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end-user community for mobile device issues and new products
  • Working with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build, and deploy new MDM solutions of different departments within the customer network
  • Mobile Application Management (MAM)
