Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Fields Collision Center Orlando is seeking a positive team member to provide a luxury experience to both internal and external customers. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create life-long relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person and on the phone.
  • Process payments and invoices, and perform other miscellaneous office duties.
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
  • Maintain office supplies for the specific location.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
  • Skills in reading, interpreting documents, writing reports, and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in basic math, algebra, and geometry.
  • Ability to solve problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
  • Background and MVR checks required.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
