Job OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the sustained success of our clients and driving incremental revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead customer activation process, delivering captivating onboarding experiences that drive engagement and adoption.
- Implement and maintain The Foundation Framework, a proprietary solution for optimizing frontline performance.
- Promote and support the utilization of IN-Gauge, our cutting-edge software platform.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, advocating for their needs and driving retention.
- Engage with clients on-site, fostering strong partnerships and enhancing overall experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant work experience in performance-focused environments.
- Tech savvy, with SaaS experience advantageous.
- Exceptional presentation skills, influencing at all levels, with polished and poised interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving business needs, collaborating across departments to advance shared vision.
We offer a competitive base salary range of $60,000-$70,000, plus a lucrative incentive plan, averaging around $15,000 annually. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health plans, dental and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) participation with employer matching.
