Job Overview

The Studio Coordinator is a vital role within the School of Rock team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will play a key part in creating a positive experience for students, parents, and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager with a wide range of tasks, including special projects and administrative duties.
  • Schedule and lead tours for prospective students and parents, showcasing the School of Rock's programs and facilities.
  • Provide a warm welcome and exceptional care to students, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure the smooth opening and closing of the school, including handling daily operations and maintenance.
  • Respond to inquiries, pitch the music program, and provide information to prospective customers.
  • Contribute to the development of reports, billing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to the School of Rock's Code of Conduct, safety policies, and Monitoring and Supervision policy.
Requirements
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A welcoming and outgoing demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach, able to work effectively with others.
  • A passion for music and the arts, or experience working with young people, is a plus.
