We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Sepsis Program Coordinator at HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sepsis program to improve patient outcomes and reduce mortality rates.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
- Conduct daily sepsis rounds to monitor patient progress and provide feedback to healthcare teams.
- Collect and analyze data to track sepsis bundle compliance, mortality rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- 3 years of ICU or ER experience required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License required.
