Vitality Living is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Vitality Living Elizabethtown. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service to residents, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during meals.
  • Accurately record guest meals and report to the Business Office Director.
  • Identify department needs and communicate concerns to the Culinary Services Director.
  • Assist in preparing for special meals and events, as well as daily operations and cleaning of the dining room and server areas.
  • Maintain adherence to community infection control policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Culinary Services, Sous Chef, or Cook(s).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to demonstrate adherence to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and quality standards.
  • Understanding of food safety procedures, sanitation of equipment, and storage techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with awareness of inventory, safety, and cleanliness.
