Position Overview:
As a PCA, you will deliver individualized care to patients, primarily in Long-Term Care environments. Your daily tasks will involve working closely with the nursing team, patients, and their families to ensure comprehensive care.
This role requires a compassionate individual who is patient, trustworthy, communicative, physically capable, and empathetic.

Qualifications:
- Must possess an active license in Rhode Island
- Certification from an accredited institution is required
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care setting
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Must meet facility requirements for immunizations, background checks, and drug screenings.
