We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a PICU RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our young patients and their families.

What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Supervise and mentor non-licensed nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care

Requirements

  • ADN or BSN degree in Nursing, with a focus on Pediatric ICU care
  • Texas State RN license or compact license, with a current BLS certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, with a minimum of one year of recent PICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
