Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reach Forklift Operator to join our team at UNFI. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move products throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift in accordance with Company standards and procedures, including quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Be responsible for moving product to and from storage areas, as well as to and from shipping and receiving areas.
  • Inspect assigned lift and complete vehicle inspection sheet to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Replenish pick slots using the view request screen to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Maintain correct counts and log any discrepancies in inventory to ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
