  • Maintain records of usage and report levels to assist in the reordering process.
  • Ensure the bar area is organized and attractive, with bottles and glasses arranged in an appealing manner.

  • Stay current with hotel events and promotions, and provide guests with information about facilities and attractions.
  • Project a professional manner, with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to the best of ability.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively in English.
  • Knowledge of reservation and POS systems, with ability to work with computers and software.
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented, with a strong team player attitude.
