Position Details:

  • Salary: Competitive base salary with performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Central Operations Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing budget management
  • Utilizing established processes to evaluate team behaviors
  • Ensuring consistent execution of core processes and holding the team accountable

  • Providing timely leadership and accountability regarding performance and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a management role
  • High School Diploma
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs
  • Experience in team development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in a leadership position
  • Associate degree
  • Familiarity with EOS
  • Experience with Service Titan
  • Background in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing industries
