Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Central Operations Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing budget management
- Utilizing established processes to evaluate team behaviors
- Ensuring consistent execution of core processes and holding the team accountable
- Delivering high-level performance coaching
- Providing timely leadership and accountability regarding performance and expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs
- Experience in team development
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in a leadership position
- Associate degree
- Familiarity with EOS
- Experience with Service Titan
- Background in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing industries
