Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oral and written reports to Child Protection Specialists regarding contacts with children and families to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Supervise and document parent/child interactions during visitations to promote healthy relationships.
  • Assist in meeting documentation requirements to ensure compliance with statutory and policy requirements.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and general office equipment as necessary to complete essential functions.
