  • DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES TO INCREASE CUSTOMER RETENTION AND ACQUISITION
  • COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DEVELOP AND EXECUTE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS AND PROMOTIONS
  • PROVIDE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, PROBLEM-SOLVING, AND ISSUE RESOLUTION SKILLS

Requirements:

  • 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A CUSTOMER FACING ROLE, PREFERREDLY IN THE BANKING OR FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, INTERPERSONAL, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO BUILD TRUST WITH CUSTOMERS AND IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW RELATIONSHIPS
  • KNOWLEDGE OF BANKING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, PREFERREDLY IN THE RETAIL AND SMALL BUSINESS SEGMENTS
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND PRIORITIZE MULTIPLE TASKS
