Aeroflow Health - Clinical Sleep Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist/Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Sleep team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and education on the use of home medical respiratory equipment.

Job Summary

This is a PRN position that will involve telemedicine and in-home CPAP and BiPAP setups with patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in the field as directed by physician orders
  • Educate patients on the use of home medical respiratory equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Work with patients and their families to ensure comfort and respect for the patient
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality and provide private space for telehealth appointments
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and policies related to patient care and confidentiality
Requirements
  • Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse
  • 1+ years' experience in home health care preferred but not required
  • Ability to navigate multiple browser windows and screens
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
