Maintenance Supervisor

**Job Summary**

The Rocky Point Care Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facility, including both interior and exterior surfaces, fixtures, and mechanical systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal facility performance
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations

**Requirements**

• 1 year of experience in facilities management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
