Position: Architectural Draftsperson

Location: Lenox, Massachusetts

The Architectural Draftsperson will collaborate closely with the architectural and interior design teams throughout all phases of project development, including initial concepts, schematic designs, design refinement, and the preparation of construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in a variety of tasks that necessitate the application of standard architectural practices for smaller projects or specific components of larger initiatives.
  • Conduct design layouts and features, which involve researching, gathering, and documenting information pertinent to assigned project tasks.
  • Work directly with the project design lead, architect, and/or other architectural or project management personnel, participating in drafting throughout all project stages, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • A professional degree in architecture is essential. While 1-2 years of experience with a professional firm is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Software Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with Autodesk software, particularly Revit Architecture, is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment and Adobe software, including Photoshop, is advantageous.
  • Experience navigating Autodesk Construction Cloud and/or BIM 360 is preferred but not required.
