Key Responsibilities- Repair and Maintenance: Repair a wide range of residential garage doors and operating systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and safely.
- Customer Service: Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services that meet their needs, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Administrative Tasks: Track and maintain job-related paperwork, submitting it in a timely manner to ensure accurate records and compliance with company policies.
- Safety and Compliance: Always operate with a safety-conscious mindset, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights using a ladder.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
