Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to our members.
  • Administer immunizations and provide education to members on immunization schedules and best practices.
  • Counsel members on health care and prescription medication needs, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Maintain confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Model and enforce proper member service approaches and techniques, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving member complaints and issues within company guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas, analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls, and providing direction and guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
