Job Title: Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Sovah Health - Danville. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, strokes, surgeries, and other chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Utilize specialized skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and promote patient independence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A current VA (or Multi-state) RN license.
  • A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
  • Experience in clinical area preferred.
