About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at SOVAH Danville. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, strokes, surgeries, and other chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes

Requirements
  • A current VA (or Multi-state) RN license
  • A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support
  • Experience in clinical area preferred
